About Us

George and Nancy Zadeyan both natives from France moved to Santa Fe in 1974 to start The French Pastry Shop. They were one of the first in Santa Fe to serve croissants, pastries and crepes. George and Nancy's main focus was providing consistency in their food and outstanding customer service. This family owned restaurant was passed down to their sons Sarkis and Yannik Zadeyan  who are dedicated in providing the same quality of food and service to their customers. We hope to serve you for many years to come.
